Technology leadership

From project management to technology leadership at aequivalent.

I spent several years at aequivalent, initially working on project management, then taking on increasing responsibility for technology until becoming CTO.

As the company and technical team grew, I took responsibility for software development, architecture, security, integrations, management of the technical team and major strategic projects.

This responsibility combined technology and organisational decisions, management and implementation. I could translate a decision into a roadmap, challenge the architecture and go down to the code when necessary.

Today, that collaboration continues as an external engagement through Strongflow.

Entrepreneurship & product

Understand the company. Keep building.

Oust! and Actium complement my CTO experience with two realities: developing a company and building a product.

Oust! · A company I founded

A practical understanding of the company

Creating and developing Oust! gives me direct experience of operations, finance, teams, acquisition, customer service, product and technology. Without replacing the specialists in each field, I can place a technology decision in this wider context.

Actium · Business software product

Product & delivery

With Actium, I remain directly involved in design and delivery: product, architecture, backend, frontend, security, automation, integrations and AI where it provides concrete value.

Strongflow brings these experiences together to connect business, management and technology, from decision to delivery.

How I work

Direct, personal involvement.

You know who will be at the table. I am personally involved in the analysis, decisions and delivery leadership.

Say clearly what matters

Risks, trade-offs and disagreements are surfaced early enough to support real decisions.

Adapt the level of involvement

A focused audit, an ongoing leadership engagement or end-to-end delivery depending on the problem — not on a fixed model.

Build autonomy

Decisions are documented, teams are involved and systems are designed to avoid unnecessary dependency.
